Drawing on sales and strategy consulting experience at Accenture, I've had the privilege of working with some amazing clients to create long-term value through tactical execution.
To build long-term sustainable growth, I first listen to clients, instead of jumping ahead in solving the problems with consulting buzz words. I start with understanding the current state, customer-product fit, in-flight initiatives, and future roadmap. Before diving into solutions, I start with decoding the data-funnel, CAC, LTV, and other SaaS financials. Armed with a framework and insights, I am able to work with the client's to solve their critical problems by crafting personalized strategies, setting KPIs, and creating frameworks for experimentation.

Clients are left with several deliverables including data-backed pain points from transcripts and webs scraping to identify value propositions. Customer Journey Maps and Persona decks with granular details to inform top to bottom marketing messaging, sales collateral, and customer stalling points. Early in my career, I thrived on engaging in short-term, client-facing strategy projects, which honed my ability to swiftly adapt to new roles, grasp industry trends, understand specific jargon, and analyze competitive landscapes. My adeptness at managing simultaneous projects and spearheading a mentorship community earned me the trust of senior leadership at Accenture, who involved me in designing and executing solutions for large multimillion-dollar deals. I'm an operator who helps companies define the right strategy and navigate change as I've been a front line seller, built and scaled organizations as a manager, and pulled forward revenue as a consultant.
